We provide soil testing for wastewater design and a complete design service
to Australian Standards AS1547 and the Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code.

 

All councils now require new dwellings and any addition of bedrooms or granny flats to existing dwellings have a soil percolation test and wastewater design completed as part of their application for approval from council. All designs must be completed by a suitably qualified person. Whilst septic systems may still be constructed or maintained, strict regulations mean this is often not possible for particular lots. We also have good relationships with some trusted installers we are able to put you in touch with if you would like to discuss particular brands of onsite wastewater treatment plants. For the purpose of design, any plant that you wish to install must have approval and treat water to a secondary or advanced secondary level.
