Landslide Reports and Slope Stability Risk Assessment
Many councils in South East Queensland require slope stability analysis and risk assessment for residential lots where landslide hazard overlays are present. This reporting forms part of a building application in areas where steep slopes and hill sides pose a potential threat to development. We can provide your landslide report and associated geotechnical slope stability with RPEQ geotechnical engineer certification to assist your development application. The cost for a slope staiblity report including drilling and modelling will vary with distance and challenging site access. Where a site classification report is also required we can complete both. Please contact us for a site specific quote.
